Ashley James specializes in a wide range of mental health conditions, from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. Skilled in medication management and lab testing, she treats patients from age 3 to geriatrics. Offering telehealth and post-hospitalization follow-ups, Ashley also provides referrals for autism evaluation and counseling.

Brittany Sowders specializes in Family Practice, acute care, and Well Women's exams, serving patients of all ages. Certified in FMCSA CDL examinations, she offers a range of in-office procedures including suturing, mole removal, and wound care. Committed to comprehensive care, Brittany enhances your overall well-being.

Cyndi Frank is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master's from Western Kentucky University. With experience in acute care, pediatrics, and community health, she offers comprehensive family care. Cyndi is passionate about serving her patients and enriching their well-being.

Dr. Jennifer Camas is the CMO at A PLUS Family HealthCare. With 20 years of experience, she specializes in Med/Peds, offering comprehensive care for all ages. Committed to tech-enhanced, patient-centered healthcare, she brings innovation to every appointment.

Amy Bashaw, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified through Western Kentucky University. Specializing in care for all ages, Amy brings a compassionate approach to her practice. When not treating patients, she volunteers with Team Rubicon and enjoys spending time with her family and retired military working dogs.

Melissa Baumgardner, APRN, FNP-C, brings over 16 years of nursing experience to her family practice. Educated at Indiana Wesleyan University and certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, she specializes in geriatrics, women's health, neonatal, and family care. A native of Elizabethtown, KY, Melissa enjoys kayaking, reading, and family time when away from her practice.

Colby, a native of Edmonson County, Kentucky, and a graduate of ECHS and WKU, has spent the last 20 years dedicated to healthcare. With deep roots in this community, Colby’s career has taken him through various roles in acute care and hospital settings, including the emergency room, orthopedics, and cardiac care. He’s now bringing his wealth of experience back home, offering services like managing acute injuries, conducting DOT physicals, and providing care for families. For Colby, returning to Edmonson County isn’t just a professional move—it’s a heartfelt commitment to the well-being of his hometown, where he’s eager to make a difference in the lives of his neighbors and friends.
